Alex Ibey is an IT Portfolio Manager with the State of Vermont's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) who has worked for the State of Vermont for over a decade. Alex's portfolio consists of the Agency of Administration, Agency of Education, and Vermont Department of Labor. As an IT Portfolio Manager, Alex leads a team of EPMO project managers and business analysts to support successful outcomes for IT projects for the agencies, departments, and other State of Vermont entities within his portfolio.
Throughout Alex's career, he has worked with many different State Agencies and Departments. He enjoys working to meet the goals of the Agency of Digital Services and the different Agencies and Departments across State Government.

"Fail forward" — It's OK to fail or make mistakes. Let's learn from those failures and mistakes and keep moving forward.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, Jackie, and their two children, Mason and Emma. Alex is very nostalgic for his childhood, and collecting toys and video games brings him back to those days.
