We use a portfolio model to support agencies and departments with their IT projects. Our portfolio model allows us to align projects with strategic goals and maximize the benefit of IT projects to the state by prioritizing projects across agencies, departments, portfolios, and, ultimately, the entire state. Each portfolio is led by an IT Project Portfolio Manager who manages a team of business analysts and project managers who are dedicated to projects throughout the portfolio.
