Stacy Gibson-Grandfield is the Director of the State of Vermont’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). As Director, Stacy provides leadership and support to the EPMO's Portfolio Managers in the prioritization of their portfolios' IT activities and tracking resource allocations across IT projects to better inform prioritization efforts across the State's IT projects. Stacy is also always looking to groom future Portfolio Managers by mentoring and leading the Project Managers and Business Analysts within the EPMO.
Stacy has been an employee of the State of Vermont since 1992. During her tenure with the State she has held many varied positions and learned a great deal about how state government operates and the services we provide.
Stacy has a passion for improving services to our customers and finds great satisfaction when a project is delivered to improve the customer experience, both internal and external.
Outside of work Stacy enjoys spending time with her family which includes watching her son play baseball in college and watching Red Sox baseball games. Stacy enjoys traveling to Maine and Boston. Stacy’s idea of the perfect getaway is spending time at Old Orchard Beach with her family. Stacy also enjoys spending time in Boston, which is also her son’s favorite city. When they aren’t at Fenway Park or the Boston TD Garden, they may be found touring the North End of the city. If you are ever in that area, Stacy recommends that you stop in at Mike’s Pastry…their cannoli are amazing!
