Automated Decision System/Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use & Data Management Policy Recommendations 2024 AI Council Report

This document provides a framework for various topics related to the implementation of Automated Decision Systems, including Artificial Intelligence implementations. Apart from the section on Workforce Development, which is broadly applicable to Vermont businesses and educational institutions, these recommendations are intended to be applied within the Executive Branch of the State of Vermont, and are recommended as generally applicable to the other branches of State Government.
